P. Machibroda Engineering Ltd. (PMEL) is a geotechnical/geoenvironmental consulting engineering firm established in 1977. PMEL’s multidisciplinary staff includes geotechnical/goenvironmental engineers and geoscientists, engineering technologists, drilling crews and a complimentary design/office support staff. Since establishment, PMEL has completed over 10,000 engineering projects.
