Sunday, April 14
Move In:
Large Equipment: 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Odd Numbered Booths: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Even Numbered Booths: 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. (all booths must be moved in by 3:30)
Early Access Reception, 4:00p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Monday, April 15
Tradeshow Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday, April 16
Tradeshow Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Move Out: 10:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (do not tear down booths until after 10:45)

January 17, 2024 – Early Bird (be included in direct email communication to all members, Municipal Update, as well as printed in the pre-convention issue of Municipal Voice)
February 21, 2024 – Booth Registration Deadline Deadline extended - booths still available!
March 6, 2024 – Booth Payment Due
March 13, 2024 – Booth cancellation on or before, full refund less $100 administration fee
March 14, 2024 – Booth cancellation on or after, no refund
Scam Warnings
HOTELS
SUMA has been made aware of past tradeshow vendors receiving phone calls and emails from someone claiming to be booking hotel rooms for tradeshow vendors. They ask for credit card information to hold the room(s). Please be advised that no one from SUMA will call a tradeshow vendor to book a hotel room. If vendors are wishing to book rooms, please contact hotels directly.
ATTENDEE LISTS
Current tradeshow vendors have been receiving emails from someone using our convention logo and claiming to have attendee lists available. Please be advised that SUMA does not share member or delegate information, and another company would not have this information. As an exhibitor, you will receive a list of municipalities that have registered for the convention.
COMPANY INFORMATION
SUMA has been made aware of past tradeshow vendors receiving letters that appear to come from us but are actually from the International Fairs Directory. The letter requests vendors send in company information. SUMA is in no way affiliated with the International Fairs Directory and will never provide your information to outside organizations. Please do not reply to these inquiries.
