Is the hotel you’re looking for sold out? We have now added a Waitlist function. If you are interested in a hotel that has sold out, simply click the JOIN WAIT LIST button to be automatically notified if rooms at your hotel of choice become available.
Please note: To ensure accurate availability, all accommodations at participating Convention 2023 hotels must be booked through Resiada at the link above. The link will remain active until March 13.
To change or cancel a reservation, simply click the "Edit Reservations Now" button in the Group Reservation Acknowledgement email that is sent to you when you make your reservations.
In case of emergency, booking through Resiada ensures that SUMA can arrange to change or cancel the reservations on your behalf if necessary, we are unable to modify any reservations booked outside of Resiada.
In March 2024, you will be provided with a hotel confirmation number for each of your reservations. Once you receive that number, all changes and cancellations can be made by calling the hotel directly.
