An election for SUMA President will be taking place on April 15 during the 2022 SUMA Convention and Tradeshow. Those interested in running for the position of SUMA President are required to submit nomination papers 15 days prior to the election date, meaning nominations will close March 31.
Elected officials from SUMA member municipalities in good standing are eligible to run for the position of SUMA President. Those interested in running must submit nomination papers signed by two other elected officials from any SUMA member municipality in good standing.
