Open to mayors, councillors, and administration from SUMA member municipalities, regional meetings are an opportunity to discuss common issues with others from your region, take in an education session, and learn what SUMA is doing.
Thank you to every municipality that submitted a venue proposal. The SUMA Regional Roadshow will take place annually and venues that were not selected for 2025 will be considered for future years.

IMPORTANT NOTE: NORTHERN REGION CANCELLATIONS
In light of the provincial State of Emergency and the widespread impact of the wildfires, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming Regional Roadshow meetings in our northern, northeast, and northwest regions. This includes:
- Wakaw – June 16
- Prince Albert – June 17
- Shellbrook – June 20
While these communities are not currently under direct threat, we understand that the effects of the wildfires are being felt across the province, particularly in the north. At this time, we encourage all municipal leaders to focus on supporting their communities and those who have been displaced.
We look forward to rescheduling these meetings and visiting our northern regions when it is safe and appropriate to do so. We will share new dates as soon as they are confirmed.
The remainder of our regional meetings will go ahead scheduled.
