Before You Register:

Members: Before you get started, look at the Members - Before You Begin document to be sure you have everything you need to register delegates from SUMA member municipalities. It also answers some questions we expect you might have about Convention 2025 and the registration system. As in previous years, each municipality will be registered as a whole; not individually. Be sure to have one main contact person (such as the administrator or CAO) who will register all delegates at once.

SUMA members should have received an email to your municipality’s main contact inbox inviting you to register. This email includes a link to the registration site where you will select your municipality from a drop-down list and a password for your protection. If you did not receive an email, be sure to check your junk folder. Still can’t find it? Please contact us at 306-525-3727 or registration@suma.org
