SUMA partnered with Ketchum Manufacturing Inc. to provide SUMA members with a discount on animal control products, pet tag licenses, and other municipal related tags. The program is administered through the SUMA office. Members can visit the Ketchum website for more information or view all products available in the Ketchum Catalogues.

Handling Fee in Effect: Ketchum has a $10 handling fee for all pet tag and animal control product orders.

For products not listed on the form, visit the Ketchum website and then contact SUMA with the product order number to obtain pricing. 

 

Member Invoicing
SUMA will apply the discount and invoice the member. Complete the form and email it to SUMA for processing. All orders must be placed through the SUMA office.
