Therefore Be It Resolved that the SUMA approach Saskatchewan Municipal Government to have The Urban Municipality Act, 1984 and The Rural Municipality Act, 1989 amended to allow property tax arrears from one property to be attached to the property taxes of another property belonging to the same owner in the same municipality.
