Resort Village of Alice Beach Seeking an Administrator

The Resort Village of Alice Beach is currently inviting applications for the position of Administrator. This is a part time position with a flexible working environment.

The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the municipality in accordance with The Municipalities Act and other applicable legislation, as well as policies and bylaws established by Council. The Administrator plays a key role in ensuring professional, effective, and transparent municipal operations.

Qualifications:
We welcome applicants who are:

  • Experienced Certified Administrators in municipal government, ideally with familiarity using MuniSoft software.

The position would begin January 2026 after the yearly audit and upon retirement of the current Administrator.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of municipal legislation and administrative procedures
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency; experience with MuniSoft is a strong asset.

Compensation:

The Resort Village offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
