Northwest Community Safety Services Inc. Seeks Community Safety Officer Sergeant
This leadership role involves supervising frontline safety officers and ensuring the effective delivery of community safety services. The Sergeant will be responsible for scheduling, mentoring team members, reporting incidents, and maintaining a visible presence in the community to promote safety and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in law enforcement or community safety
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and commitment to public service
