Compensating Municipalities for RCMP Vacancies

Be it resolved that the SUMA lobby the provincial Department of Justice to directly refund individual municipalities for the amounts they have overpaid since the new RCMP cost distribution was introduced, as a result of being charged for RCMP officer positions that have run vacant.
