Making Municipalities a Party to All Appeals at Boards of Revision

Be it resolved that SUMA request that the Provincial Government amend the Urban Municipality Act to ensure that the municipality is made a party to the appeal at every Board of Revision hearing, along with the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency and the appellant, so that each party may present arguments for or against the appeal before the Board.
