Establishing Flexible Fees for Development Appeals

Resolution
Be it resolved that SUMA lobby Saskatchewan Municipal Affairs, Culture and Housing to amend the Planning and Development Act, 1983 to allow municipalities that are designated as approving authorities to establish a fee structure for development appeal applications not to exceed the actual cost to the municipality of processing the application.
