Repaying Medical Training Costs with Service in the Province

Resolution
Be it resolved that the Provincial Government introduce a system whereby medical students would make a greater and more realistic contribution to their training costs, with allowance for a large portion of these contributions to be returned in exchange for at least three years of service in the province, provided a relevant number of vacancies for medical practitioners exists in Saskatchewan.
