Resolution
Be it resolved that SUMA lobby the Provincial Government to amend the Provincial Highway Designation Regulations under the Highways and Transportation Act by deleting Section 3(2)(a), which currently excludes any portion of a public highway from being deemed a provincial highway if it lies within "any urban municipality that has a population of 1,000 or more as determined by the most recent census.‖
