Be It Resolved that the Saskatchewan Urban Municipality Association petition the Government of Saskatchewan to amend Section 132(1) of The Urban Municipality Act by inserting the word “or†at the end of subsection (a) which defines a “junked vehicle†as one that “has no currently valid licence plates attached to itâ€.
