Applying Minimum Taxes to Property Subclasses

Be It Resolved that the SUMA request the Minister of Municipal Government to amend the Urban Municipality Act, 1984, to allow to differentiate between different types of improvements when applying minimum taxes, such as a residential housing improvement, example being a house, and a residential outside improvement, example being a shed.
