Therefore Be It Resolved that the SUMA request that the Provincial Government implement legislation protecting volunteers from personal liability when working in a voluntary position, for errors or omissions made through human mistakes or lack of knowledge on the part of the volunteer, and that this legislation be implemented at the earliest possible date.
