Creating Highway Traffic Sign Damage Fund

Resolution
Be It Resolved that the SUMA petition the provincial government to implement a HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SIGN DAMAGE FUND whereby a fee of $1.00 annually is charged to each individual renewing their operator’s licence in Saskatchewan and, further, that the Province reimburse all municipalities a portion of the funds collected annually on a per capita basis.
