Therefore be it resolved that the SUMA request that the Province of Saskatchewan implement legislation making the cost of constructing a new regional hospital be shared equitably throughout the designated health region, by having each and every residence, commercial business, and other identifiable property owner and/or principal residence pay a common levy and/or temporary tax of the same amount in order to spread the cost of such new construction throughout the health region.”
