SUMA retain the services of a lawyer and engineer

Resolution
Whereas urban governments struggle to find the local or regional capacity to deliver engineering, planning, legal, and other professional services; and Whereas there may be economies of scale possible through the delivery of these services through regional or provincial models; Therefore, be it resolved that the SUMA conduct a feasibility study on the delivery of professional services through regional or provincial models; and Be it further resolved that SUMA report to the members on the outcome of this feasibility study at the fall 2013 regional meetings.
