Basing Revenue Sharing for Resort Villages on Assessments

Be it resolved that SUMA request the Provincial Government to change the Revenue Sharing formula for resort villages from the per capita system to an assessment based system, so that resort villages would receive an amount proportional to the ratio of resort village assessments to total urban residential assessments.
