Be it resolved that SUMA request that the provincial government amend the appropriate legislation to provide a municipality with more flexibility and autonomy by allowing a council to set a minimum level of arrears when considering which lands should be included on the list of tax arrears and, in turn, subject to tax enforcement proceedings.
