Adding Utility Charges to Property Taxes Before the End of the Year

Be it resolved that SUMA lobby the provincial government to amend Section 195(5) of the Urban Municipality Act, 1984 to allow a municipality to add public utility service charges owed by a property owner to the tax roll at a time during the year to be determined by Council.
