Be it resolved that SUMA call upon the provincial government to change the rules to exempt all locally licensed raffles and lotteries having total ticket values under $3,000 from the separate bank account requirements such as 4(a) and 4(f) of the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority’s “Terms and Conditions for Raffle Lotteries.”
