Extending SaskPower Payments in Lieu of Taxes to All Municipalities

Be it resolved that the SUMA lobby SaskPower to make the grant-in-lieu payment available to all forms of municipality, and further, that the Province be lobbied to amend the Power Corporation Act in such a manner so as to accommodate these payments.
