Be it resolved that the SUMA lobby the Federal Government, and sponsor a similar resolution for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, to broaden federal legislation to permit each province and territory to spend proceeds-of-crime revenues as it sees fit, rather than strictly on priorities determined by Ottawa.
