SUMA launches new website

Dec 21, 2020

SUMA has launched a new website, which includes a brand new Member's Portal

This portal is designed for member-only content, such as recordings of all SUMA webinars. Each of our member municipalities has been given a single login, associated with the primary contact email for your SUMA membership. Member municipalities are encouraged to share this login information with their whole team – there is plenty of valuable content we don’t want anyone to miss out on! By providing one login per municipality, each member municipality is able to decide who in their municipality should have access to the member-only content.

The member portal area is password protected. To log in for the first time, each municipality will need to set up a password. Navigate to the member login in the upper right corner of the suma.org homepage and scroll down to the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email that is set as the primary contact for your SUMA membership. You will receive an email to this address prompting you to set up a new password.

The next time you log in to the Member Portal, enter the same email in the username field, and use the password you set up in the previous steps. If you have any trouble, please contact communications2@suma.org for further assistance.

We are excited about the Member Portal and hope that it adds to your experience as a SUMA member. In addition to members-only video content, you can access the CentralSource partner rating system in the Member Portal. While the external, public-facing website provides basic information on all the CentralSource partners, the Member Portal gives those who have experience with these partners the ability to let us know what you think by assigning a 1 - 5 rating.

All other information, including the Group Benefits Document Hub, can still be accessed through the public facing area of suma.org. The member portal login is an entirely separate login from the Group Benefits Document Hub.
