Establishing a Long-term Infrastructure Funding Program

Resolution
Be it resolved that SUMA lobby the federal and provincial governments to establish a long-term infrastructure program so that Saskatchewan municipalities can maximize and stabilize the benefits derived from such programs by providing long-range planning for their infrastructure needs.
