City of Prince Albert Seeks City Manager
Qualifications:
-A post secondary degree in public or business administration, or a related field relevant to leading a complex public sector organization or overseeing municipal functions. A master’s degree is considered an asset. Candidates with an equivalent blend of executive experience, advanced professional development, and demonstrated lifelong learning may also be considered.
-At least 10 years of progressive senior executive or municipal management experience.
-Proven ability to work effectively with elected officials and navigate politically sensitive environments.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
-Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial oversight, and leading large, multifaceted organizations.
-Experience in organizational change management, community engagement, and public sector leadership.
-A clear commitment to reconciliation, partnership-building, and inclusive community development.
