Designed for municipal leaders, the webinar will explore what drives workplace conflict and how to address it early and effectively. Drawing on real municipal contexts, this session will help participants recognize common sources of conflict such as misunderstandings, unclear expectations, and competing demands and apply proven strategies to manage conflict constructively.
