SUMA’s tradeshow is an integral part of our annual Convention that draws municipal employees and elected officials from all over Saskatchewan, from the smallest of villages to the largest of cities. Our convention also hosts private sector employees and provincial and federal leaders.

The 2025 Municipal Marketplace, presented by Kinetic GPO, held in coordination with the annual SUMA Convention, is happening April 13-15 at TCU Place in Saskatoon, and we're excited to announce that registration for the tradeshow is now open!
For more information on becoming an exhibitor at the 2025 SUMA Convention and Tradeshow, please email marketing@suma.org with your company name and contact information. Booths will be assigned in order of application, so register early to reserve your preferred location.
Scam Warnings
HOTELS
SUMA has been made aware of past tradeshow vendors receiving phone calls and emails from someone claiming to be booking hotel rooms for tradeshow vendors. They ask for credit card information to hold the room(s). Please be advised that no one from SUMA will call a tradeshow vendor to book a hotel room. If vendors are wishing to book rooms, please contact hotels directly.
ATTENDEE LISTS
Current tradeshow vendors have been receiving emails from someone using our convention logo and claiming to have attendee lists available. Please be advised that SUMA does not share member or delegate information, and another company would not have this information. As an exhibitor, you will receive a list of municipalities that have registered for the convention.
COMPANY INFORMATION
SUMA has been made aware of past tradeshow vendors receiving letters that appear to come from us but are actually from the International Fairs Directory. The letter requests vendors send in company information. SUMA is in no way affiliated with the International Fairs Directory and will never provide your information to outside organizations. Please do not reply to these inquiries.
