Easing Rules on Small Raffles and Lotteries

Resolution
Be It Resolved that the SUMA call upon the Government of Saskatchewan to change rules and regulations to exempt from requirements such as 4(a) and 4(f) of the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority all locally licensed raffles and lotteries having total prize values of $1,000 or less.
