Mark Yemen obtained both his Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) in 2004 and his Bachelor of Laws in 2005 from the University of Saskatchewan. He was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2006.
Mark is a partner at McDougall Gauley LLP and maintains a general corporate commercial practice with an emphasis on land development, secured transactions, municipal advising, construction, and procurement advising.
Previously, Mark worked as in-house counsel at the City of Regina for six years, providing legal support for some of the City’s most complex infrastructure projects, land development, information technology services, procurement and construction works (including the City’s Stadium Project and the City’s wastewater treatment plant P3 project).
