Be it resolved that SUMA lobby the Provincial Government to amend Section 331(1)(q) of the Rural Municipalities Act, by or before January 2000, to make non-farm dwellings in rural municipalities equal to residential dwellings in urban municipalities for assessment and taxation purposes.
