Increasing Fees for Tax Certificates

Be It Resolved that the SUMA lobby the provincial government to amend the Regulations (No. 2, Section 16) under Section 297.1 of the Urban Municipality Act to increase the fees for tax certificates from $10.00 to $20.00, to reflect administrative costs and to provide revenue to the municipality.
