Resolutions

Be It Resolved that the SUMA request that the Government of Saskatchewan ensure:a) that all of the environmental handling charges collected on beverage containers (i.e. tetrapack drink boxes) be directed to agencies which do recycle these containers rather than going into general provincial revenues; and b) that tires, oil, oil containers and filters be immediately collected throughout Saskatchewan for recycling so that they do not end up in our local landfills.
