Therefore Be It Resolved that the SUMA request that the Minister of Municipal Government amend Section 88.02 of The Urban Municipality Act, 1984, to include the stipulation that Council shall, within ninety (90) days of receipt of the report of the Clerk that the petition is sufficient, submit the bylaw to the electors.
