Putting Provincial Payments in Lieu of Taxes into Revenue Sharing Pool

Resolution
Be it resolved that SUMA lobby the Provincial Government to put the estimated increase in payments in lieu of taxes to urban municipalities into the urban Revenue Sharing pool to permit all urban municipalities to benefit from the increase in transfers on a more equitable basis.
