Implementing Summer Time for a Two-year Trial Period

Resolution
Be it resolved that SUMA lobby the Provincial Government to amend the Time Act and implement a time change, for a two-year trial period, whereby we move our clocks ahead one hour in spring and back one hour in fall to be in harmony with the practice of other provinces.
