Decreasing Assessment Values for Properties with Underground Fuel Tanks

Be it resolved that SUMA lobby SAMA to reassess and thereby decrease the values placed on fuel stations with underground tanks to reflect the actual resale market value of these properties separate from service stations without underground tanks or other commercial properties.
