Making SAMA Responsible for Costs Resulting from Errors or Omissions

Be it resolved that SUMA request that the Minister responsible for the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency amend legislation to make SAMA responsible for any costs incurred by a municipality as a result of errors or omissions made by SAMA staff in the preparation of assessment information for municipalities.
