Supporting in Principle the Proposed Urban Legislation for Cities

Resolution
Be it resolved that the SUMA general membership support in principle the proposed new urban legislation for cities and urge the provincial government to proceed with its implementation; and Be it further resolved that SUMA put a process in place to facilitate the study of the implications and applicability of such legislation to towns and villages.
