Group Benefits Program

SUMA's Group Benefits program offers a full line of benefits for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees along with elected officials of SUMA member municipalities and organizations affiliated with member municipalities. Benefit options include healthcare, dentalcare, wellness program, disability programs, and life and accidental death and dismemberment benefits.

Members also have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program, which provides counseling, along with a wide range of work life and wellness services. All services provided through the EFAP program are held in the strictest of confidence.

Request access to the Group Benefits Manual or forms.  In doing so, please be sure to include your full name and the name of your municipality.
