An Overview of our Programs

Our Group Benefits program offers a full line of benefits for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees along with elected officials of SUMA member municipalities and organizations affiliated with member municipalities.

SUMA also offers insurance for municipal protective services volunteers including fire fighters, ambulance crew members and first responders.  We also offer a bonding program to insure against loss of money, securities and other property.

Our SUMAssure Insurance Program uses a combination of self-funding and traditional insurance coverages to create a long-term, stable, cost effective insurance program.
