Volunteer Ambulance Crew Insurance

All volunteer members in good standing of a volunteer ambulance crew operated by the District Health Board named on the application form are covered for this insurance.

This insurance also applies to Ambulance Crew members under the age of 18. They are eligible for the Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit, Accident Medical Expenses Reimbursement Benefit and Rehabilitation Benefit but are not eligible for the Weekly Indemnity Benefit.  SUMA requires a letter stating the name and birthdate of any Ambulance Crew member under the age of 18.
