Town of Stoughton seeks Superintendent of Public Works


The Town of Stoughton invites applications for the full-time position of Town Superintendent.

The Town Superintendent is responsible for the operation and delivery of all Public Works Services including; water and sewer system, streets and sidewalks, landfill, cemetery and parks as well as the supervision and scheduling of personnel.  

Candidates with excellent organizational, public relations and management skills preferred.

Applicants must possess a minimum Grade 12/GED, valid driver’s license and have experience in the operation and maintenance of a variety of equipment. The following certifications are required:

Water Treatment – Class 1
Water Distribution – Class 1
Wastewater Collection – Class 1
